This pretty villa in a beautiful, quiet spot. It is a typical Mediterranean house in a mountain setting with its own private pool. The house has recently been completely redecorated inside to a high standard.

Can Algarrobas can be found at the end of a private driveway and thus it is both quiet and secluded. The villa is very close to Casa Ladera (only 2 mins drive) but the villas cannot be seen from each other. The house is only 5 mins drive from Pollenca old town and 10 mins drive from the beach. The nearest supermarket is only a 2 min drive.

The private pool (approx 9×5m) is set in a terraced area outside the main living room where there is a BBQ and ample space for sunbathing. The mountain views are spectacular all around and there are large umbrellas to provide shade during the day and at night it is perfect for lying on a sun lounger and looking at the stars.

Inside the house, accommodation is all on one level. The living room and dining room form the main part of the house. The living area is ensuite to the lovely terrace which overlooks the pool area and is perfect for alfresco dining. There is also TV with integral DVD/video player, satellite TV and CD player.

The dining area is at one end of the living room next to the archway which leads into the kitchen, which also opens out onto the terrace area is clean and modern with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom, at the far end of the villa, opens out onto the terrace area which is lovely. In this room there is a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower over the bath.

Bedroom two is opposite the master bedroom and opens onto a smaller terrace area at the back of the villa. Here there is one bunk bed and one single bed plus ensuite with shower over bath. The third bedroom, with twin beds is at the front of the villa and has a shower room next door.
