A lovely family villa, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa (sleeps 6) with private swimming pool in the Tramuntana Mountains of Pollenca, North Mallorca. Ideal for family holidays and couples.

The villa is in a romantic, quiet setting and yet is only 10 mins drive from the beach and 5 mins drive from Pollenca old Town. The drive is shaded by trees and a flight of stone steps lead up to the front door through the lovely gardens of bourganvilla, hibiscus and other vibrant Mediterranean plants as well as two lily ponds full of goldfish and tiny frogs!

Accommodation is all on one level except for the third bedroom and bathroom, which is upstairs (and has magical views to the mountains as a result).

The living room is cool and spacious with TV, satellite TV and CD player. The dining area is at one end of the living room next to the French windows that lead to the terrace, from where the views towards Pollença and the mountains arewonderful. It runs the full length of the living room and is hard to beat for al fresco dining. There is an awning that can be lowered to provide shade during the day and at night it is perfect for lying on a sun lounger and looking at the stars.
The kitchen is a few steps up from the living room and is clean and modern with granite surfaces, fully fitted with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. To one side of the kitchen there is a small utility area with washing machine, additional shower and lavatory.

The master bedroom, at the far end of the villa, is spacious and airy with large double bed and full en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is in a cool spot in the centre of the villa and has twin beds and full bathroom next door. The third bedroom has twin beds and is upstairs, again fully ensuite.

The private swimming pool (approx 9×5m), which can be heated, is set to one side of the house and is surrounded by a large terrace that is ideal for sunbathing. Particularly since there is a shady bar area to one side. A low stone wall separates the pool area from the rest of the garden.
